Eldon Bradfield
Eldon Bradfield is a violinist, violist, and composer living in Glasgow, Scotland. Inspired by their roots in American folk and jazz and their training in classical music, they create projects that bring together disparate musical worlds and explore the connections between people, the places they live, and the music they identify with. Eldon co-manages the cross-genre string ensemble Mother Tongues, which brings together an international sextet to play traditional music from around the world along with original compositions. They also work as an arranger, composer, freelancer, and music teacher, doing everything from post-rock to Bach Cantatas.
