Helen Boden

I’m a poet and socially engaged arts practitioner, born in the edge of the Pennines and resident on the edge of the Pentlands.
My first full collection, A Landscape To Figure In, a book about place and identity, was published by Red Squirrel Press in 2021.
I’m widely published in poetry mags and anthologies, and my work also appears in non-print mediums including exhibition & performance.
As an independent Literature professional for 20 years, I specialises in devising and delivering creative activities across a broad range of cultural, community and environmental settings, with particular interests in Writing for Wellbeing, ekphrastic poetry, and poetry walks.
