Lindsay Dudley
I am a self taught artist who specialises in landscapes, particularly seascapes. I love the sea and it’s diversity and power. I aim to capture the beauty of the Scottish coast but also to capture the atmosphere of a moment in time, and the changeable power of nature. I paint mainly in acrylics, although I do love texture and regularly use mixed media to capture that sense of movement. I love commissioned work as I get to share in precious memories and the landscapes that make up the narrative of peoples lives. It feels like a privilege to share those times with them as I capture them on canvas. I also love colour and a stunning sunset as I bask in the glory of the beautiful world we live in.
