Sophie is a writer, artist, and mentor based in Edinburgh. Her work explores the dance between self-discovery, self-care and creative expression, often drawing on her experience of late-discovered neurodivergence and cyclical living. She writes the Substack ‘The Art of Feeling it All’, a welcoming space which explores these themes.
